Visit CenterPoint Energy’s website to report outages. You’ll need:

  • The pole number of the malfunctioning light
  • Your contact info (in case they need more details)
  • An email address (if you want repair updates)
  • The number of lights you’re reporting

Yesβ€”any exterior modifications require approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to ensure compliance with deed restrictions.

Steps to follow:

  • Submit your plans and specifications at least 20 days in advance
  • Review Section 3 of the Vicksburg Covenant/Deed Restrictions
  • If your project involves water/sewer lines, check with SMCMUD and submit a Site Modification Application if needed

Yes! Residents can rent:

  • Clubhouse

  • Chairs and tables

A small deposit is required.

Email board@vicksburgCIA.com to check availability and download the rental agreement.

Requirements:

  • Be a member in good standing (dues paid)

  • Lock the gate after use

  • First key is free; replacements cost $20

  • Keys may not be duplicated

  • Branches must be tied in 4-ft bundles under 50 lbs
