It’s not just about mowing lawns! Our board is the backbone of keeping our neighborhood organized, safe, and fun. We’re looking for passionate volunteers to join us and make a real difference:

  • President: Take the lead in shaping our community’s future! You’ll guide Board meetings, ensure decisions are put into action, sign important documents, and co-sign checks when needed.
  • Vice-President: Be the President’s right-hand! Step in when they’re unavailable and help support the Board’s initiatives.
  • Secretary: Be the organized one! Keep track of meetings, manage member info, and handle official communications to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Treasurer: Manage our neighborhood’s finances! You’ll handle bank deposits, sign checks, prep the annual budget, and keep everyone in the loop with financial reports.

But that’s not all – the Board also takes care of important tasks like:

  • Contractor Selection: Help choose the best pros for our neighborhood’s upkeep and repairs.
  • Key Management: Make sure members have access to playgrounds and backgates.
  • Clubhouse Rentals: Oversee the booking process for members wanting to use our clubhouse.
  • Deed Restrictions: Keep our community looking sharp by ensuring everyone follows the rules.
  • Community Maintenance: Ensure playgrounds, parking lots, and common spaces stay in top shape.

We’ve also got awesome committees where your talents can shine:

  • Events Committee: Plan and host community events that bring everyone together!
  • Architectural Control Committee: Review and approve design changes to keep our neighborhood looking great.
